Automates buffer preparation, pH correction, filtration, mixing and degassing for HPLC, UPLC and LC-MS mobile phases. 3x to 5x faster than manual preparation, depending on the method and complexity. The same buffer preparation system also prepares buffers for tablet dissolution media, up to 10 L. Designed for use in 21 CFR Part 11-regulated environments.

Dry Bath & Heating Block for LAL Testing
Acculize 96-well dry bath heating blocks are designed for bacterial endotoxin testing (BET) using the LAL gel clot method, with 37 ± 1 °C temperature uniformity across the aluminium heating block. The Acculize BET 96 Smart adds dot-matrix printer support for temperature printouts, and the Acculize BET 96 Plus adds PC software with audit trails, designed for use in 21 CFR Part 11-regulated environments. Both support printed temperature documentation aligned with data integrity expectations in 21 CFR-regulated laboratories.
